The Jack in the Box in North Redlands near Food for Less and Wal-Mart was easily accessible and fairly clean. There was a sink and soap for hand washing, as well as a hand drier. Additionally, there were two separate stalls. There was a sign above the door that said something similar to, "This door is locked for your protection. Please ask attendant to unlock it for you," although when I asked the cashier if she could unlock the bathroom for me, she said that all I had to do was push the door open. Even though the handle was locked, the door was not closed shut. I did not test the men's restroom, but I assume it was a similar situation. I visited early in the afternoon, so I am not sure if these doors are actually locked at night. From what I could tell, homeless individuals could access these restrooms.
